Annual Tanker Event 2025 T&Cs and Cancellation Policy

- Only pre-registered participants will be admitted. Registration on site/ on the day is not possible.
- The Annual Tanker Event includes the 55th Anniversary Dinner on Monday, a full day Tanker Summit followed by a Members’ Dinner on Tuesday, and lunch, INTERTANKO’s AGM and Council reporting items and networking drinks reception on Wednesday.
- The AGM and Council Open Session and lunch are free for all Members and Associate Members. Non-Member Companies will not be admitted.
- For the Anniversary Dinner, Members’ Dinner, Tanker Summit and receptions, full Member Companies are entitled to complimentary registrations. There is no limit to the number of registrations per Company, however in case of no-show, fees equivalent to the Associate Member rate (see pricing chart) will be charged in order to cover expenses.
- For Associate Member Companies, fees are payable as per the pricing chart and are non refundable after 9 May 2025.
- Non members are welcome to register against a fee (see pricing chart) for the Members Dinner and Tanker Summit and receptions.
- Should any registered delegate (including Members) be unable to attend any part of the programme, they may cancel their participation in writing before 9 May 2025. Alternatively, they can send a replacement delegate and confirm the name change by email to registrations@intertanko.com.
- No refunds will be given unless cancellations are received in writing before 9 May 2025.
